Wyselead Law Firm
The firm was established in 1995 under the name of East China Law Firm, and was one of the first private law firms in Shanghai. In 2001, the firm changed its name into Wyselead, and at the same was reorganised. It consists of 16 fee earners, of which two have foreign qualifications, and more than half Western education.
The firm advises clients in connection with their general commercial operations, and frequently assists foreign clients in the establishment of joint ventures, and wholly foreign owned enterprises.
