Our services concern all areas of practice connected with conducting business activity. We give legal advice, prepare legal opinions and drafts of legal acts. We advise in respect of the optimum legal form of activity and in the process of establishing businesses in Poland. We prepare and negotiate contracts, act on behalf of our clients during filing petitions for concessions and licenses. We represent them in common courts of law and arbitration courts and during the execution proceedings and before the authorities. We help our clients to find an optimal solution in all legal problems which they may meet during their activity. We aim to perform all our services with the highest diligence and care of client's interest.
As the member of the District Bar of Advocates and the District Division of Legal Counsels we always work in accordance with corporate rules of professional ethics.
