Tosetto, Weigmann e Associati is one of the oldest law firms in Italy, founded in Turin in 1877, and now counting over 40 lawyers. The head office is in Turin, with established offices also in Milan (1997) and in Rome (2003).
The Firm mainly acts as legal adviser to companies and public bodies, providing legal services in the areas of commercial and corporate law, banking and finance, insurance, intellectual property law (including copyright), employment law, administrative law and insolvency law. The Firm is also active in the areas of competition and information law, as well as in the areas of sport and family law. The practice focuses on providing clients with non-contentious legal assistance, as well as assisting on litigation matters, including alternative dispute resolution.
